These terms of use apply to your use of Anveai.pro. These terms form an agreement between you and Anveai, and they include Service Terms important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration.
Who We Are
Anve.ai is an AI-driven platform focused on delivering strategic leadership and automation solutions through cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Registration and Access
Minimum Age. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to consent to use Anve.ai’s Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.
Registration. To access and use our Services, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
If you create an account or access our Services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Using Our Services
What you can do. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use Anve.ai's Services. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services. You must also follow any applicable usage policies, documentation, guidelines, or instructions provided by Anve.ai.
What you cannot do. You may not use our Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Modifying, copying, leasing, selling, distributing, or redistributing any part of our Services.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code or underlying components (models, algorithms, systems), unless such activity is permitted by law.
- Extracting data or outputs programmatically or automatically, except as permitted under your subscription.
- Misrepresenting AI-generated outputs as human-generated.
- Circumventing rate limits or other access restrictions.
- Using outputs from Anve.ai to develop competing models or services.
Software
Our Services may include downloadable software (e.g., web-based widgets or mobile apps), which may auto-update to provide the latest features and security patches. Open-source components included in our software are governed by their respective licenses.
Corporate Domains
If you register with an email owned by an organization (such as your employer or institution), your account may be linked to that organization. In such cases, the organization may assume control of your account and access related data.
Third-Party Services
Anve.ai may incorporate or link to third-party software, products, or services. These are governed by their own terms and conditions, and Anve.ai is not responsible for any third-party content, usage, or liabilities.
Feedback
You are welcome to submit feedback or suggestions about Anve.ai. We may use such feedback freely, without restriction or obligation to you.
Content
Your content. You may submit data, files, or prompts ("Input") and receive outputs from our Services ("Output"). Collectively, this is referred to as "Content." You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with your Input.
Ownership of content. Subject to applicable law:
- You retain ownership of your Input.
- You own your Output, and we assign to you any rights we may have in that Output.
Similarity of content. Given the nature of AI, similar or identical Outputs may be generated for different users. This does not affect your ownership of your unique Output.
Use of content. We may use Content to maintain and improve our services, ensure safety, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
Opt-Out. To request that your data not be used for model training, you may contact us via the support email.
Accuracy
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or reliable. You agree:
- Not to rely solely on Output for critical decisions (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
- To verify Output accuracy for your intended use case.
- That Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or reflect offensive bias unintentionally.
Intellectual Property
Anve.ai and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, and brand. Use of our name and logo must comply with our brand usage guidelines.
Paid Accounts
Billing. Subscriptions must be paid in advance. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Service Credits. If applicable, prepaid service credits are subject to our separate service credit policy.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Price Changes. We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable policies.
- We are legally required to do so.
- Your usage poses a risk to our platform, users, or third parties.
- Your account is inactive for more than 12 months and has no active subscription.
You may appeal any suspension by contacting support.
Discontinuation of Services
If Anve.ai discontinues any Service, you will be given advance notice and may be eligible for a prorated refund of any unused subscription.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all express or implied warranties including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or uninterrupted operation
Use of Output is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anve.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Total liability will not exceed the greater of INR 8,000 or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Indemnity
If you're a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anve.ai, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or Content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified in advance of material changes. Continued use of Services after changes implies agreement.
Trade Controls
You agree to comply with applicable export control and trade laws. Services may not be used in embargoed countries or for prohibited uses.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Anve.ai regarding your use of Services, superseding any prior agreements.
