No Refund Policy
All purchases made on https://anveai.pro are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:
- We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans, token packs, or services.
- No refund requests will be accepted, regardless of the reason (including dissatisfaction, unused services, or accidental purchases).
- Input or output data once generated using Anve.ai’s services cannot be reversed or compensated.
- We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for any unused portions of a plan.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note:
- Cancellation will prevent auto-renewal of the next billing cycle but does not entitle you to a refund for the current active billing period.
- You will retain access to your subscribed services until the end of your billing term, after which your plan will not renew.
To cancel your plan:
- Log in to your Anve.ai account.
- Navigate to your dashboard and click on “Billing.”
- Select “Cancel Auto-Renewal.”
